Return and Refund Policy

At Gramin Farms, we strive to provide you with the best quality products and services. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a refund or replacement for any damaged or spoilt products, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

  • Delivery Schedule Changes:  If you need to make changes to your delivery schedule, we kindly request that you inform us before 4pm, a day before the delivery.
  • Cancellation of Dispatched Orders: Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or return any milk products. In this case, we will not be able to issue a refund for your order.
  • Subscription Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription before the due date, we will not charge a cancellation fee and your remaining money will be refunded within three days; however, you must inform us one day before the delivery.
  • Delivery of Wrong Item: If we deliver the wrong item, you have the right to reject it and you will be fully refunded for it.
  • Puffed or Damaged Packs: In the case of puffed or damaged packs, please return them through our delivery person either the same day or the next day. This will help us better understand the problem and allow us to fix it. Your feedback is invaluable. You can also call us between 7am and 4pm.

The instructions for handling and storing the product are as follows:

  • Use clean and dry hands to handle the products carefully.
  • Store the products indoors in a cool, dark, and dry place at approximately 25 degree Celsius.
  • Prior to storage, check that there are no ants, insects, or product spillages in the area where the products are to be stored.
